This year we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Songs for Mahmud, the album that helped define protest folk music at the beginning of the millennium. This studio recorded release has sold over 3,000 copies and continues to ascend, and we are celebrating with a special re-press in eco-friendly Digipak format! It is amazing that even in its 4th year of release, this album is still completely relevant to what is happening in the world today. Is it because little has changed?
